The 7th IndieLisboa Festival once again brings the best and most recent cinema from all over the world to Portugal: feature length movies, short fiction, documentary and animation.The festival will feature 11 full days divided into 9 sections: International Competition, National Competition, Observatory, Emerging Cinema, Independent Hero, Director’s Cut, IndieMusic, Pulse of the World and IndieJunior. It also features special categories of Opening and Closing of parralel activities such as Lisbon Talks or Indie by Night.IndieLisboa 2010 will feature the presence of guest stars including the Dutch film director Heddy Honigmann and Christoph Terhechte, the present director of “Forum” at the Berlin Festival. Heddy Honigmann, one of the leading contemporary documentary directors will be paid tribute with a full retrospective of her work during the Festival. “Forum” from the Berlin Festival will also be paid tribute with a selection of films that have been screened there during its 40 year history.
